The United States and several EU states announced expulsion of Russian diplomats earlier in the day
MOSCOW, March 26. /TASS/. The ruble decelerates in growth against the dollar and starts falling against the euro, prompted by news that some EU member-states and the United States announced expulsion of Russian diplomats.
The dollar currently declines 0.1% against the ruble to 57.19 rubles. The euro added 0.38% to 71.11 rubles.
