ROME, December 13. /TASS/. Supplies of Russian gas to Italy via Austria after the accident on the gas distribution station were resumed Tuesday on 9:00 pm (11:00 pm Moscow time), a representative of Snam gas transportation company was quoted as saying by Radio One.

Earlier on Tuesday the company said that gas supplies would be resumed following a temporary suspension before December 13.

Gas Connect Austria, the operator of the terminal where the explosion took place, said earlier that transit supplies to Europe had been restored.
