MOSCOW, November 15. /TASS/. Russia and Venezuela have signed a debt restructuring deal, Reuters reported with reference to an official from the Venezuelan embassy in Moscow.
Venezuela has agreed to restructure debts to Moscow worth $3 billion on earlier agreed terms, the agency said.
Russia is one of Venezuela’s biggest creditors. In 2011, Moscow provided a $4 loan to Caracas for purchases of Russian industrial products.
