SOCHI, February 27. /TASS/. The situation in which talented specialists leave Russia for other countries because they see no opportunities for displaying their potential at home is impermissible, Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev told the Sochi Investment Forum on Monday.
"These days we export oil, gas and, regrettably, intellectual resources. While for the first two items on this list the Russian budget gets money, intellectual resources leave the country never to return and for free. This is wasteful. It is impermissible in relation to our own country," Medvedev said.
