On December 10, talks will be held in Vienna between OPEC and independent oil producers on joining the agreement on cutting production
VIENNA, December 9. /TASS/. Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak expects OPEC and non member countries to sign an agreement after the meeting on December 10 in Vienna.
"Of course. We came here to sign an agreement," Novak said responding to a question on whether OPEC and non member countries may sign an agreement after the meeting.
"I look forward to tomorrow's event with optimism, I think we will reach an agreement," he added.
On December 10, talks will be held in Vienna between OPEC and independent oil producers on joining the agreement on cutting production.
