SOFIA, December 9. /TASS/. Bulgaria’s National Electricity Company (NEC) has repaid its $601.6 mln euro debt on Belene nuclear power plant, acting Energy Minister Temenuzhka Petkova said Friday.

"Yesterday evening NEC transferred a sum (of $601.6 mln euro) to the account of the Russian company Atomstroyexport in accordance with the International Court of Arbitration on the Belene nuclear power plant project," she said.
