MOSCOW, December 1. / TASS / Russian President Vladimir Putin noted the growth of global protectionism in his state-of-the-nation address to the Federal Assembly on Thursday.

"Overall, we have a good potential to increase non-energy exports. At the same time, we see that global protectionism is rising," the president said.
