CARACAS, November 25. /TASS/. Venezuela finds it necessary to reach agreement on stabilization of the output of crude oil within the next few weeks, otherwise the prices will become unstable, the country’s Oil and Mining Affairs Ministry said on Thursday.
"After the OPEC ministerial meeting is over, we'd like to have the agreement signed at top level, at the level of (country) leaders," the ministry's report said. "Unless we reach consensus in the coming two weeks, we'll get into a situation where prices will be knocked off the balance."
"The objective now is to include all the non-OPEC nations into it, with Russia being the most important one among them," the agreement said.
