LIMA, November 21. /TASS/. Participants in the APEC summit discussed development of the economy, and particularly in the light of statements by U.S. President-Elect Donald Trump, in a quiet manner, Russian President Vladimir Putin said on Sunday as he addressed reporters upon completion of the summit.
"All of this was discussed but in an absolutely quiet manner, in the usual mode," he said.
Setting up of closed trade associations to bring no benefits to world economy
Setting up of secluded trade associations will not bring any beneifts to world economy, Putin told reporters.
"The way I see it, if all of us want to influence the processes unfolding in world economy, there should be no secluded associations then," he said. "And if it happens precisely that way, it won't bring any benefits to the development of world trade.".
