Shuvalov, Kishida to hold session of Russian-Japanese commission on trade, economic issues

TOKYO, November 15. /TASS/. Russian First Deputy Prime Minister Igor Shuvalov and Japanese Foreign Minister Fumio Kishida will co-chair a session of the bilateral inter-governmental commission on trade and economic issues in Tokyo.
Among Russian delegates will also be Minister for Far Eastern Development Alexander Galushka and Deputy Economic Development Minister Stanislav Voskresensky. Representatives of business circles will also come to Tokyo, including Oleg Deripaska, president of Rusal and En+ Group.
Before the plenary session of the inter-governmental commission, Shuvalov will meet with Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe.
The session of the commission is one of the stages of preparing for Russian President Vladimir Putin’s visit to Japan in December. Before that, Putin and the Japanese prime minister will hold a bilateral meeting in the second half of November during the upcoming Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) summit.
