MOSCOW, November 9. /TASS/. Iran hopes to sign first contracts with Russian oil producers by the end of 2016, Iran's deputy oil minister for international affairs Amir-Hossein Zamaninia said Wednesday.

"Hopefully this will be the case," he said when asked whether Iran would sign first contracts with Russia’s oil companies by the end of 2016.
