Russia's crude export duty to increase $0.8 to $92.7 per tonne starting November 1

MOSCOW, October 17. /TASS/. The crude export duty will increase by $0.8 to $92.7 per tonne starting November 1, 2016 in Russia, the Finance Ministry said Monday.

The duty was calculated by the ministry on the base of the crude price survey from September 15 to October 14, 2016. The average price for Urals crude oil in the period amounted to $45.72705 per barrel, or $333.8 per barrel.
