Russia will keep benefits for residents of advanced development territories — Putin
Vladimir Putin has promised that the residents of the territories of advanced development 'will not be abandoned'
VLADIVOSTOK, September 2. /TASS/. The Russian authorities won’t abolish benefits which are effective on the territories of advanced development, President Vladimir Putin said at a meeting with investors at the Eastern Economic Forum.
"I would like to assure you that we are not going to cancel anything, everything will function as it was established there," he said, commenting work of investors on the territories of advanced development.
Putin noted the effectiveness territories of advanced development have already shown and said that this effect "is growing" despite the fact that the law on such territories had come into effect in March of 2015 and first territories began to function in June of 2015.
"These are only first steps but we see a positive effect. That is why we are not going to abandon anything here," the President said.
