According to Fedorov, Rosneft might reduce capital expenditures by 5-10% in 2016 in comparison with the approved plan of 922 mln rubles ($14.4 bln).

"We are working on optimization, on executing plans within the scope of the budget that was approved by the Board of Directors. It is possible that at the end of the year we will see a 5-10% optimization," he said.
