Russia and Turkey decided to expand cooperation regarding the Turkish Stream, says the ambassador
MOSCOW, August 11. /TASS/. The talks on the Turkish Stream gas pipeline construction will get into full swing in the nearest weeks, Turkish Ambassador to Moscow Umit Yardym told a press conference Thursday.
"We’ve decided to expand cooperation regarding the Turkish Stream," he said, adding that "the sides have different views on the project" and "the talks regarding the issue were launched prior to the conflict."
"The official dialogue on the Turkish Stream regarding how many lines will be constructed, will start after August 9," Umit Yardym said. "The talks will continue with renewed vigor in the nearest future, they’re just picking up momentum," he added.
