MOSCOW, July 20. /TASS/. Russian Agriculture Ministry should prepare proposals on the grain market stabilization, press service of the Ministry said on Wednesday after the meeting chaired by Minister Alexander Tkachev.

"The minister asked to draft proposals on grain procurement to the intervention fund, time to start procurement interventions and improvement of grain market customs regulation measures," the press service reported.
