The company is ready for cooperation despite the internal corporate conflict

MOSCOW, July 20. /TASS/. The US Hyperloop One implementing a vacuum high-speed train project intends to implement the project in Russia despite an internal corporate conflict, Hyperloop One said on Wednesday in a letter to Russian mass media.

"What the company has experienced is an internal problem caused by four individuals emboldened by the success of the company to enrich their personal lives. This issue is a non-factor in our Russian plans or our plans in other parts of the world," Hyperloop One said.

It was reported in mid-July by recode.net website that Brogan BamBrogan, the co-founder and former chief technology officer, has filed a suit against the company. BamBrogan sued the company for wrongful termination, breach of contract, defamation, intentional infliction of emotional distress and assault. Hyperloop One was expected to file a counter-claim, according to sources familiar with the company.

"Hyperloop One remains steadfastly focused on creating the next mode of transportation and is staying on track for testing by the end of year," the company said.

The company "continues to have tremendous interest in pursuing Russian and CIS projects and is working closely with partners to ensure they occur expeditiously," Hyperloop One said.

It was reported earlier Russian Railways are exploring the opportunity of using Hyperloop technology for freight transportation. Investments into the pilot project were estimated at 30-40 bln rubles ($470.5-627.3 mln).
