Gazprom Neft sees no conflict of interests with Lukoil that also intends to work on Iranian fields
ST. PETERSBURG, June 16. /TASS/. Gazprom Neft leaves open the possibility of a Russian companies’ consortium on Iranian fields, Chief Executive Officer of the Russian oil major Alexander Dyukov said on Thursday at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF).
"Everything is possible," Dyukov said responding to the question about the opportunities for establishment of such a consortium.
Gazprom Neft sees no conflict of interests with Lukoil that also intends to work on Iranian fields, Dyukov added.
It was reported earlier Gazprom is interested in Shangule and Azar projects in Iran but Iran has not yet specified participation conditions.
