No grounds for panic due to decrease in incomes from Russia-China trade — official

The Kremlin administration chief noted that trade is decreasing only in terms of money whereas in terms of physical volume trade is only growing

BEIJING, March 25. /TASS/. There are no ground for Russia and China to be in panic because of a drop in bilateral trade in terms of revenues, chief of the Kremlin administration Sergei Ivanov said on Friday.

"It is just a market situation. There are no grounds for panic, and there will be none, I can assure you," he told journalists.

The Kremlin administration chief noted that trade is decreasing only in terms of money whereas in terms of physical volume trade is only growing. He said trade between the two countries rests not only on energy sources. Russia and China, in his words, are cooperating in other spheres, including exports and imports of agricultural products.
