Dollar on the rise against ruble at opening trade

MOSCOW, February 17. /TASS/. The dollar exchange rate was up by 26 kopecks to 78.15 rubles at the opening of Wednesday trade on the Moscow Exchange.
The MICEX index was up 0.2% at the opening of trade on the Moscow Exchange to 1758.06 points.
