Dollar on the rise against ruble while Russia's MICEX index down 0.1% at opening trade

MOSCOW, February 9. /TASS/. The dollar exchange rate was up by 64 kopecks to 79.18 rubles at the opening of Tuesday trade on the Moscow Exchange.
The MICEX index was down 0.1% at the opening to 1741.88 points.
