BEIJING, January 16. /TASS/. According to preliminary estimates, Russia's gross domestic product (GDP) has contracted by 3.9% in 2015, Economic Development Minister Alexey Ulyukayev has told reporters.

"Rosstat (the Russian Federal State Statistics Service - eds. TASS) has provided us with preliminary estimates of 3.9%," Ulyukayev said. "I think it will be about 3.8 or 3.9% No final figures are available so far.".
