SOCHI, September 18. /TASS/. Ukraine’s sanctions against Russia contradict the norms of the World Trade Organization (WTO) though Russia is unlikely to file a claim against Ukraine, Economic Development Minister Alexey Ulyukayev said on Friday.

"I think they contradict," he said. At the same time, when answering the question whether Russia will litigate Ukraine’s sanctions in the WTO he said: "I’m not sure, probably we’ll search for other ways [of solving the issue]."
