BRUSSELS, September 7. /TASS/. Russian Economic Development Minister Alexey Ulyukayev will on Monday take part in a three-party meeting at the ministerial level on issues connected with implementation by Ukraine of the Association Agreement with the European Union.

The EU will be represented by European Commissioner for Trade Cecilia Malmstrom, and Ukraine by Foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin.
