Russian President Vladimir Putin discussed gas supplies to Ukraine, including Donbas, with Russia’s Security Council
MOSCOW, February 20. /TASS/. Russian President Vladimir Putin has instructed the government to strictly comply with contractual obligations on gas supplies to Ukraine at Russia’s Security Council meeting on Friday.
"I instruct the government of the Russian Federation to comply with contractual obligations and strictly follow them," Putin said, commenting on the situation with gas supply to Ukraine.
