DAVOS, January 21. /TASS/. The situation in Ukraine did not pave the way to a shock scenario with gas supplies from Russia to European countries, US economist Nuriel Roubini said at the Davos economic forum on Wednesday.

Roubini added that the situation between Ukraine and Russia had a major geopolitical effect. It affected the economies of Ukraine and Russia but did not lead to the shock scenario with gas deliveries to Europe.
