Islamic State poses no threat to Russia's LUKOIL oil giant — CEO

VIENNA, November 26 /TASS/. The activities of militants from the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) are posing no threat to LUKOIL’s operations in Iraq, LUKOIL’s Chief Vagit Alekperov said after meeting Iraqi Oil Minister Adil Abdul Mahdi.

“We are working in the south (of Iraq - TASS). We have no problems there. The south of Iraq is stable,” Alekperov told journalists.
