SOCHI, September 19. /ITAR-TASS/. The probability of privatisation of Russia’s oil company Rosneft is very low in 2014, head of the Federal Agency for State Property Management (Rosimushchestvo) Olga Dergunova told reporters on the sidelines of the Sochi Investment Forum on Friday.

“We doubt that the deal is possible by the end of 2014, therefore the plans for 2015 are under discussion,” she added.

She also said the Rosneftegaz company, which manages state assets in the oil and gas industry, had already been notified of the need to prepare the deal.

“In essence, Rosneftegaz together with Rosneft and banks should already begin the preparation of the deal structure, but in view of the fact that it’s late September already, and the deal structure has not been offered yet, the probability of its completion in 2014 is very low,” said the Rosimushchestvo head.
