MOSCOW, September 12. /ITAR-TASS/. The State Duma, the Russian parliament’s lower house, in March-May 2015 will likely approve a bill seeking to ban virtual money, Deputy Finance Minister Alexei Moiseyev told reporters Friday.

The official added that Europe had adopted the similar concept, when the flow between virtual and real money systems is forbidden.

The central bank’s First Deputy Chairman Georgy Luntovsky said earlier that the regulator and the government may work out a set of rules for circulation of electronic currencies in Russia.
