MOSCOW, September 11. /ITAR-TASS/. Russia’s Energy Ministry does not confirm that Russia, Ukraine and the European Commission will hold a trilateral meeting on gas on September 20, the ministry’s official told ITAR-TASS on Thursday.

“We have not received a proposal from the European Commission and so we cannot confirm the date,” he said.

Earlier, EC Energy Commissioner Gunther Oettinger’s press service said that the EC suggested that the trilateral meeting on gas should be held in Berlin on September 20.
