CALIFORNIA, September 09./ITAR-TASS/. New iPhones officially called the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus, Apple CEO Tim Cook said during the presentation in Cupertino, California. The iPhone 6 will have a 4.7-inch screen, while the Plus has a 5.5-inch screen. Both phones will have a retina HD display.

The iPhone 6 and 6 Plus will also boast a faster A8 processing chip. The performance is 50 times faster than the first iPhone.

The second processor in the new iPhone M8 constantly monitors acceleration, change of position in space, and the data from the compass. New iPhone 6 equipped with barometers, which can measure air pressure and, consequently, may determine the change in height.

The new health application will monitor physical activity and provide this data to another applications.

The Wi-Fi is three times faster than 5S. The iPhone 6 will also support Voice over LTE.

The iPhone 6 is equipped with a camera on the back side with a resolution of 8 megapixels.
