MOSCOW, September 05. /ITAR-TASS/. Twitter is holding negotiations to sell advertisements in Russia, three sources familiar with the talks said Friday.

“Twitter is in talks to implement their ads possibilities in Russia. The discussion has not evolved into precise parameters yet,” one of the sources said.

“Now there is a preliminary exchange of ideas between Twitter and Russian sellers,” another source said.

A spokesperson of advertising agency Vi confirmed that Twitter is involved in the talks on possible cooperation, but “a final decision has not been made”.
