MOSCOW, September 2. /ITAR-TASS/. The National Welfare Fund grew to 3,150,500,000 rubles (over $84 billion) and the Reserve Fund to 3,387,340,000 rubles (over $90 billion) rubles by September, the Finance Ministry said in a report.

The welfare fund grew by 61.21 billion rubles, and the reserve fund by 292.13 billion rubles in August.

The reserve fund amounted to $91.72 billion, and the wealth fund to $85.31 billion as of September 1.
