Customs Union and Ukraine discuss future economic contacts

Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov confirmed the three leaders had discussed the matter by telephone on Wednesday

SEVASTOPOL, August 13. /ITAR-TASS/. Countries of the Customs Union, including Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan, are discussing future economic relations with Ukraine, Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov told journalists on Wednesday.

He confirmed the three leaders had discussed the matter by telephone on Wednesday.

"The three leaders are constantly discussing what the future relations with Ukraine are going to be,” Peskov went on to say.

"If the four leaders decide theyt are going to meet and will agree on the ultimate date for the meeting, we will announce the news immediately,” President Putin’s spokesperson said. He refused to comment whether a summit meeting was in question.
