Lukoil is selling the gas stations as part of its business optimisation program
MOSCOW, August 04. /ITAR-TASS/. Russia’s oil major Lukoil will sell a gas station chain in Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary to Hungary’s MOL and Norm Benzikut, the company said on Monday.
Under the agreement signed by the companies, Slovnaft Ceska Republica Spol. S.R.O. (a subsidiary of MOL) will buy 44 gas filling stations currently owned by Lukoil in the Czech Republic. Norm Benzinkut Kft will acquire 75 gas stations in Hungary and 19 in Slovakia.
Both deals are to be closed before the end of the year.
