MOSCOW, July 15. /ITAR-TASS/. Russian pipeline monopoly Transneft is ready to connect a refinery in Khabarovsk which currently receives oil by railroad to a pipeline in 2015, Transneft representative Igor Dyomin told ITAR-TASSTuesday.

The capacity of the pipeline to the plant will stand at 5 million tonnes annually initially and could be raised to 6 million tonnes per year, he said.
