Russian prime minister grants right of LNG export for Rosneft, Yamal LNG, Gazprom

GORKI, July 14. /ITAR-TASS/. Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev signed a governmental resolution to grant the right of liquefied natural gas (LNG) export to Russian energy majors Rosneft, Yamal LNG, Gazprom and Gazprom-export on Monday.

“According to the law the government should approve a list of organisations to which the exclusive right for LNG export is granted. I have signed this resolution. According to current criteria this right is granted to four companies, namely OJSC Gazprom, its subsidiary Gazprom-export and two other companies OJSC Rosneft and OJSC Yamal LNG,” Medvedev said at a meeting with the deputy prime ministers.
