MOSCOW, May 28. /ITAR-TASS/. Russian multi-industry holding AFK Sistema will introduce its Executive Vice President Alexander Gorbunov into the board of directors of online vendor Ozon, the holding's spokesperson said Wednesday.

AFK Sistema and its affiliate MTS, one of the country’s largest mobile operators, acquired 10.8% each in Ozon for $150 million in April. MTS will be also presented in Ozon’s board of directors by Vasil Latsanich, vice president for marketing.

Ozon owns internet store Ozon.ru with more than 750,000 visitors per day; online footwear and clothes store Sapato.ru; online tour agency Ozon.travel; delivery service О-Courier with more than 2,200 collection points in Russia and Kazakhstan; and consulting agency Ozon Solutions.
