KIEV, February 10. /ITAR-TASS/. Ukraine’s overall state debt increased by $8.583 billion (13.31%) to $73.078 billion in January-December 2013, the country’s Finance Ministry says in a report.

In December 2013, Ukraine’s state debt grew by $4.335 billion (6.31%).
