MOSCOW, February 05. /ITAR-TASS/. Russia's Federal Customs Service (FTS) has reported a decrease in imports from countries outside the former Soviet Union in January 2014. Imports have fallen by 1.4% to $16.73 billion year-on-year, FTS said.
