MOSCOW, January 31. /ITAR-TASS/. Russian producer of nonferrous metals, OAO Norilsk Nickel, plans manufacturing 225,000 to 235,000 tons of nickel and 2.53 million to 2.55 million ounces of palladium on the territory of Russia in 2014, the company said Friday.
