Tourism agency Eviterra Travel stated that the company began receiving claims for the cancelled tickets, which were bought at the website of the company in the previous year, the Russian Association of Tour Operators reported at its official website on Friday. The tickets with flight dates after January 5 are being restored.

Despite this fact the Russian Investigative Committee has already decided to open a criminal case against tourist ticket operator Eviterra Travel.

“Meanwhile, Avia Centre and Eviterra Travel have agreed to settle a conflict sparked up at the beginning of the year. Avia Centre has earlier cancelled all the tickets bought at the website Eviterra.com. According to media reports, about 6,000 people may be affected in a conflict between two economic entities,” the association reported.

In the evening on January 6 it was reported that the air tickets for the flights on January 6 to 11 were being restored.

The air tickets with later dates starting from January 20 will be restored later. However, these tickets will be finally restored.
