BEIRUT, December 25. /ITAR-TASS/. Syria’s Ministry of Oil and Natural Resources and Russia’s Soyuzneftegaz have signed in Damascus on Wednesday an agreement on oil and natural gas exploration in the country’s offshore areas, Syrian state television reported.
