KIEV, November 27, 15:39 /ITAR-TASS/. Ukraine plans to buy back 50% in the Lisichansk oil refinery from Rosneft, Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovich said in an interview on Ukrainian television.

Talks with the owners are at the concluding phase, and the refinery is expected to be restarted soon, he said.
