MOSCOW, September 19 (Itar-Tass) - President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko does not rule out the extradition of Uralkali CEO Vladislav Baumgertner to Russia "if Russia treats him as he deserves by law".

President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko has accused Uralkali of 'fraud' in financial statements and instructed to inform the London and Moscow stock exchanges. He said this on Thursday during a meeting on the current economic and foreign policy issues. According to Alexander Lukashenko, potash scandal was arranged in order to hide their own problems in Uralkali.
