MOSCOW, November 3. /TASS/. The Bank of Russia has set the official dollar exchange rate for November 4-5, 2026, at 81.6699 rubles, up 69.65 kopecks from the previous close, the regulator announced.

The official euro rate was raised by 113.75 kopecks to 91.601 rubles, while the official yuan rate edged up by 1.02 kopecks to 12.1816 rubles.
