MOSCOW, October 29. /TASS/. KuCoin cryptocurrency exchange discontinues provision of services to users in Russia and Belarus, the trading platform said.

"At KuCoin, compliance has always been fundamental to our operations. In line with applicable legal and regulatory requirements, KuCoin will discontinue services for users in Russia and Belarus effective immediately. This will comprehensively cover access to all KuCoin products, services, and features," the crypto exchange said.

"We recognize this may cause inconvenience to affected users, and we are committed to an orderly termination process that allows affected users to close positions and withdraw their assets," KuCoin said. Affected users will receive notices with the relevant deadlines and the procedure for positions closing, the crypto exchange added.
