MOSCOW, October 27. /TASS/. The Bank of Russia has set the official dollar exchange rate at 80.5307 rubles for October 28, 2026, which is 3.98 kopecks higher than the previous indicator.

The official euro exchange rate has been raised by 0.42 kopeck to 90.0977 rubles.

The official yuan exchange rate has been lowered by 0.03 kopeck to 12.0677 rubles.
