BANGKOK, October 13. /TASS/. Russia is ready to share its knowledge in the tax administration sphere with the developing economies in the first instance, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexey Overchuk told reporters on the sidelines of the fall session of the governing authorities of the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank.

Russia's work in the field of tax administration generates high interest and the Russian side is holding two seminars in Bangkok to share the best Russian practices, he said.

"Here, we propose establishing an exchange platform based on Russian knowledge and say that we are open to sharing our experience, our knowledge, primarily with the countries of the Global South, with developing economies, which today are more interested than ever in solving the challenges they face. Specifically, developing their own economies, raising people's living standards, and creating new jobs. This is one of the main recurring themes of the current meeting of shareholders of the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank," Overchuk noted. "Russia can indeed contribute a great deal here so that all this positive experience will be used by the international community," the deputy prime minister added.
