Three Russian brands expand operations overseas
According to Regional Director of the Retail Real Estate Department at NF Group Evgenia Khakberdieva, Russian retailers are testing new formats and entering new markets
MOSCOW, October 8. /TASS/. Three Russian brands entered international markets in the third quarter of 2026, according to analysts at NF Group.
"The geography of expansion remains focused primarily on nearby markets. In the third quarter of 2026, three domestic brands began operating abroad," the report states.
It is noted that Fix Price opened stores in Belgrade and Novi Sad; the company plans to build a network of 10 outlets in Serbia. Askona launched two showrooms in Bishkek and a local online store in Kyrgyzstan. MIUZ Diamonds opened its first franchise store in Uzbekistan at the Hotel Uzbekistan in Tashkent.

Earlier, Natalia Kermedchieva, an expert with the Association of Commercial Real Estate and Retail Experts, told TASS that many brands that had left the country view Russia as an attractive market and are looking to return.
